Shipping policy

Due to extremely high demand, please allow up to 3 days for your order to to ship out. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, in which you can use to track your order. It can take up to 3 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to populate on the tracking screen from the logistics providers.

Covid: Due to the current situation and for reasons beyond our control, please allow for shipping delays up to 3-7 days (in addition to the 10-20 days that shipping usually takes to most countries under normal circumstances).

Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. BreezyBuddy is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we apologize for not being able to make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel.

BreezyBuddy is not responsible for any customs charges that may arise for the destination country of the shipment. While this is usually not an issue, please check any customs information for your country regarding to the product that you are purchasing.
